ORGANOLEPTIC EVALUATION

COLOR - Intense red with brownish tones.
AROMA - Presents a strong, fresh and intense harmonious, between wood, raisin and some mineral.
MOUTH - In the mouth it is fresh, well evolved and firm structure, in which the oak aging has not mastered the varieties, but promoted a complex and pleasant tasting set.
GENERAL NOTE - distinctive and unique wine, representative from the lands and varieties of Alto Alentejo Terroir.

Natural product, therefore subject to create sediment.

ORGANOLEPTIC EVALUATION

AROMA - strong and persistent aroma of ripe fruit, fruity and spicy wine with touch of dark berries in perfect harmony with slightly toasted wood.
MOUTH - Full and persistent wine, good volume, involving the mouth without attacking it. The vegetal notes conferred by trincadeira grape variety and Alicant Bouschet robustness, make this wine unique, breaking in a delicious way the velvet that the Aragonez grape variety gives to the wines.
GENERAL NOTE - complex and distinct wine as at the aromatic level, as in the mouth. A perfect representative of the grape varieties and the region from which they are originated, (Alto Alentejo).
GASTRONOMIC NOTES - Excellent accompanying of all food with origins in traditional Alentejo pork, sausages and lamb stews. For fish, it is recommended a good traditional cod dish.

APRECIAÇÃO ORGANOLÉPTICA

GRAPE VARIETIES - Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho (Madeira Region).
COLOR - Citrus to light straw.
AROMA - Intense and persistent fruity of mango and pineapple, with some citrus notes, conferred by Arinto and Verdelho grape varieties.
MOUTH - Fresh and persistent wine, in perfect harmony with the minerality conferred by Arinto and Verdelho volume. In retro nasal feel the fruity aroma of Antao Vaz dominates. At the end of the mouth the volume and the minerality of the wine surprises by the pleasant sensation of harmony.
GENERAL NOTE - very marked white wine by the typicality of the grape varieties (Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho), and by the humid and cool climate of the lands of Monforte (Alto Alentejo).
GASTRONOMIC NOTES - grilled fish, chicken salads or seafood excellent accompanying. Will be surprised if accompanied with fresh cow cheese or cottage cheese with squash jam.
